Refund policy
The short version
- The report card is free, and early access costs nothing.
- Cancel a paid plan any time. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- We don't refund partial months, but we'll always fix billing mistakes.
Free report card and early access
The AI report card is free. Joining early access is free and doesn't commit you to a paid plan. You won't be charged unless you choose a plan and give us payment details.
Monthly plans
- Cancel any time from your account or by emailing team@fintechnc.com. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.
- No refunds for partial months or unused time, except as described below.
Multi-location plans
You can add or remove locations at any time. Added locations are charged from when they're added; removed locations stop being charged from your next billing period.
When we do refund
- Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we'll refund the difference in full.
- If we stop the service: if we discontinue a paid plan, we'll refund any time you've paid for but not used.
- Where the law requires it.
How to ask
Email team@fintechnc.com within 30 days of the charge with your business name, the email on your account, and what happened. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
